Chardonnay

Is there a variety that reveals its origin more precisely? My Chardonnay is a tribute to Burgenland, more precisely to the part of the Rust hills where highly active limestone meets a mixture of Alpine and Pannonian air masses. Lime is cool and reductive, an intellectual soil that you as a winemaker have to interpret correctly - which challenges you and calls on your entire wealth of experience.
